Bookings & Cancellations
For necessary date changes we will be as flexible as we can with at least 4 days’ notice. This is also subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds once payment of a deposit or full payment has been received.
While we are happy to pencil you in for a date until you come back to us, we cannot hold dates without a deposit payment to secure.
Deposit & Payments
50% Deposits are required to secure bookings for Afternoon Teas over 30 guests, Buffets and Graze tables. Final payment is due 5 days before event.
Full Payment upfront is due on our Afternoon teas, Graze boxes, Platters and all other smaller services.
Payment is made by Bank transfer, we will send you out an invoice with payment deadlines, If you fail to make payment this could result in your booking being cancelled.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with their correct delivery address or address of recipient. We cannot take responsibility for any boxes taken in at incorrect addresses provided to us. If there is no answer at the door during the given delivery times, we will either leave on the doorstep or will return it to TPK HQ where you will need to collect at an arranged time.
Food storage, Safety & Allergens
In line with UK food safety regulations, food should be consumed or disposed of within 4 hours of removing from the fridge. The Party Kitchen cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions to foods consumed after this time frame. Food should be served in a cool environment and away from sunlight.
Please ensure you inform us of any Dietary concerns at point of enquiry or as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to cater for any changes in requirements this is not always possible.
The Party Kitchen is a kitchen filled with a variety of ingredients, so while every care will be taken to avoid cross contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that our products would not contain traces of the following.
